Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, you can request a change of address, but only within 2 hours of confirming your order. After that time, we will not be able to modify the shipping address. We recommend double-checking that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns once the order has been placed. Production starts immediately, and we cannot modify or stop the process. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming it to ensure everything is correct.
However, if the product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error or during shipping, we accept returns. Returns are not accepted for products damaged after delivery.
What are the delivery times?
The production time depends on the product. Each item includes its specific production timeframe in the listing, so please make sure to check it before purchasing. Once production is completed, shipping normally takes 5 to 8 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.
What happens if the product or color I selected is unavailable?
Because we work with multiple suppliers across the US, we will first try to source the same item or color from another provider. If none of our suppliers have the specific option you selected, we will contact you to arrange an alternative choice or issue a full refund.
