Will my personalized item look/print exactly as it looks on my monitor?

Your printed item will most likely not be an exact representation as what you are viewing on your computer. Colours viewed on a computer monitor are often different to colours viewed on a printed item as monitors and printers operate in different colour spaces. We do our best to accurately display colours online, but the simple fact is that on-screen color representations may vary from actual print colours due to monitor settings. If the colour of an item is important to you, we recommend you contact us to discuss your needs.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing your order soon after we receive it and because each order is custom printed and assembled, we cannot always stop the order from being processed once we have started. We will attempt to cancel your order if your request is made before we have begun printing personalized items.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it online?

We will send you an electronic proof of your personalized item for your review and approval prior to production. At this time you will have the opportunity to request any changes to the design.

How soon do I need to place my order?

Our typical production time is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the season. During busy times, processing may be longer. Shipping time will depend on destination and will range from 2-7 business days. We recommend that if you need your printed order in less than three weeks that you contact us to discuss the date in which you require your order so we can determine is there is sufficient time.
