The item works as intended, NFC tag opens my instagram profile but the delivery was slow. Customer service was good but the actual quality of the item I am not impressed with unfortunately :( The metal part of the key chain has almost a white chalky residue on and the actual 3D print looks a bit messy. It’s okay far away but noticeable close up.

As with my other purchase which also was paid for but not sent the best advice I can give anyone is do not wait long past the due date to contact any sellers about your item/s contact ESTY they are very good at resolving issues. A very disappointed customer. Stuart

Unfortunately my purchase was 2nd of May and while I had positive communication previously that soon came to a stop after I made my purchases and no response to any of my e-mails . I found the seller had left a message on his shop site saying he was away until June ! ( no date of return ) I regret having to leave 1 star it should be zero . Very disappointed.

Never received item. No response from seller. Had to get Etsy to give me a refund.

The kittens enjoyed this although sometimes they struggled a bit and as I have hardwood floors it tends to slip around, would have liked a rubber base
