I'm very happy with my purchase. Was looking for a beginner's hoop to work out with. it stays up much easier than the one i had purchased from Toys R Us. There we're two small dents in the hoop, however, it doesn't seem to affect my hooping experience, so i am happy!

Item: 5 stars, perfect Shipping time: 5 stars, received quickly and before I needed it. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is communication. Before I purchased this hoop I asked 2 questions and received quick answers. After I purchased this hoop I asked one question twice and never received an answer. Again the product was superb, shipping was fast, packaging was good.

Very satisfied with my begginer hoop. I've been using it for 3 days now and love hooping! Oh, and I'm 5 months pregnant :) The shop owner was very nice and responded quickly. The packaging wasn't anything to fuss about (I think my 18 month old could have figured her way through it). A tiny bit of the grip tape got folded down during the packaging process but was easily fixed with some adhesive glue. Overall a satisfied customer!

My hoop was shipped in under two weeks and once shipped it arrived almost immediately. It arrived while I was unable to bring it inside but seems unaffected by the heat. I did have some trouble with the plastic wrap not wanting to unwrap from itself but got it loose enough to use some short sewing scissors all the way around. The hoop looks great and is perfectly taped. I am a beginner but it feels like a good weight too. Thanks for the good work.
