4 out of 5 starsI guess I thought that the whole thing wasn't going to be printed. I thought the middle burlap /fabric looking piece was real so a bit disappointed. Otherwise it's good quality and fast ship.

Can I have a refund if the item is damaged in transit or if the product is defective?
While it's rare that this will happen, it can. In such a circumstance, our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance.
How long does the shipping take?
USA: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. It takes around 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered.
EUROPE: Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. It takes around 5 business days for an item to be delivered in Europe. Delivery from the EU to the USA, Canada, and Australia can take up to 10 business days.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel an order if a cancellation request is asked within 3 hours of purchase.
Can you rush my order or do overnight delivery?
I don't do anything overnight delivery. If you need something fast please contact me before placing the order, or I may have to cancel if I can't fill it within the time frame you need it.
