What will I receive when purchasing digital prints?

You will receive 4 high resolution JPG files and one PDF file for easy and flexible printing.

JPG file sizes:
✿ 9 x 11 inches (23 x 28 cm)
✿ 11 x 14 inches (28 x 35 cm)
✿ 16 x 20 inches (40 x 51 cm)
✿ 18 x 24 inches (46 x 61 cm)
✿ 1 x PDF file

If you require a different file format at your local print shop, please drop me a message and I will convert them for you! :)

Can you convert my JPG/PDF files to other file formats?

Yes!

If you require a different file format at your local print shop, please drop me a message and I will convert them to suit your needs.

The other file formats I can convert them to are: PNG and SVG files.

How do I download my prints?

To download your prints:

1. Log into Etsy on your phone or computer (does not work with Etsy's mobile app)
2. Go to “Your Account” and select “Purchases and Reviews”.
3. Find your order and select “Download Files”.

If you still require assistance, do not hesitate to drop me a message :)

How do I open the zipped files (.zip) of the prints?

To open the zipped files (.zip), download the files and follow the steps below.

On Windows:

1. Find the downloaded files.
2. Right click on the zipped file (.zip) and select "Extract All" and follow the instruction prompts that appear.
3. Once you follow the steps shown, a new folder will appear with all the files in it.

On Mac:

1. Find the downloaded files.
2. Double click on the zipped file (.zip).
3. A new folder will appear with all the files in it.

Can I get a refund on digital prints?

My shop follows Etsy's guidelines and therefore, do not offer refunds on digital items (this includes items that are ordered by accident or personal error). This is due to the digital nature of the items.
