We use CAD designs and technical drawings to create products using laser cutters for precision cutting. -
As a small business, we hand-make our products and pack them ready for shipping with either Royal Mail or DHL. -
All of our shirts, bags, and cushions are hand-pressed using a sublimation process. -
We have a large warehouse stocked with a wide variety of products to offer our customers greater choice. -
We first create designs and illustrations, and then use Uv Printing technology to print them directly onto the product.

Care instructions
Each of our products are hand drawn with the use of CAD and handmade in our North East based studio!
* Be sure to protect your jewellery and/or other 'Gifting Knot' products from knocks.
* Store jewellery items in the gift boxes jewellery.
* Laser cut acrylic, perspex and wood products, whilst generally hard-wearing, will snap if bent.
* Please be careful not to put any pressure on your products. We cannot replace items that have been mis-treated.
* Try to avoid wearing your jewellery when cleaning as harsh chemical may damage your goods.
* Keep your jewellery and other acrylic, perspex products away from harsh chemicals.
* Regularly touching or rubbing your jewellery may make metals dull or even removes plating.
Proof designs
We love making customs orders. Once you have placed your order if requested we are happy to send you a proof design.
If you would like a proof design to be sent to you prior making please do understand that this may delay your order in being sent. As there may be time delays in communication and design development. Often we process an order within 3 to 5 working days, however this is not aways possible.
When will I receive my order?
All of our items are made to order so require 1-3 days to process and make. Our current dispatch times are up to 3 working days; please add the shipping times on top of this.
How do I give you a photo for my order?
Once you have placed your order, please send us your photo via email or message thread using the 'attach image' button. Please don't forget to include your order number.
Custom and personalised orders
The majority of our products come with a personalised element that allows you to customise your order. We've made the ordering process as simple as possible. All you need to do is head to the product page of the item you'd like to purchase and follow the instructions provided.
