First, download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can find it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ .

Even though you can open, view and even edit the file in other pdf software, I still recommend that you use the latest version of Adobe Reader to take advantage of all the awesome features it has. I cannot guarantee or offer help for other programs.

Most of the designs in this shop offer editable text as an added feature. Although it doesn't include changing any of the main design elements, you have total freedom to change up details such as names, dates, times, etc.

For a seamless experience, I recommend that you use the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer. You can find it here:

To change a main design element, you must also purchase the customization option found at the link below. Once you've done that, add the details (please be as specific as possible) you'd like changed to the note to buyer section of your order.

There should be a detailed list included with your purchase but the most common supplies you will need are:

• Printer
• Great paper (see below for recommendations)
• Scissors or Exacto Knife
• Glue
• Double-Sided tape
• Coordinating ribbon
• Wood dowels, bamboo kebob sticks, toothpicks or lollipop sticks
• Small hole punch
• 2 inch (5cm) circle craft punch

Editing your printable is easy. I've done my best to set you up for success. However, you'll achieve the best results using the Adobe Reader program on your computer.

You may add in your own custom text to the light blue boxes on the pages. Don't worry these will not print! They're just a visual guide.

More editing capabilities are available to you when you click cmd+e on a Mac or ctrl+e on a PC. This will open the 'Form Field Text Properties' dialog box and you will be able to change the color, font and more.

Hey, I'd be concerned too, but rest assured that it is only a visual guide to the editable areas of the file. The content within the blue box WILL print; however, the blue box itself WILL NOT print.

You are only able to edit the text within the blue text boxes on the file. (Hint: try using cmd+e on a Mac or ctrl+e on a PC.)

You cannot change any other font, text, pattern, or image. If you would like any design element changed, I would be glad to accommodate your request. Please purchase the customization option found at the link below and include any details (please be as specific as possible) of what you would like changed.

Due to the variations in monitors, phones, tablets and printers, the colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from what is printed.
One way to improve your print quality is to make sure that you are selecting the 'Best' setting on your printer's dialog box. Using great quality paper also makes a huge difference.
