Item was as expected and fairly priced. The delivery was a bit delayed but that was a not the seller’s fault (she/ the seller was still fast in shipping it out) but that was a not the seller’s fault. There was an issue with USPS, not her. I loved how the seller left a note with the item to make sure that I was satisfied. I am. 5 stars!

I can’t even express how thrilled I am about this. I fall in love with antique books. I have a few personal treasures, but my oldest book was 1844. I aspired to find a good, affordable 1700s book someday. This is better condition than I could’ve hoped for. I’m also excited to actually read these letters to young women from an Irish Protestant Reverend! It’s handbound leather and rag paper: a real relic of an era when books were a rare, expensive luxury that cost weeks of an average person’s income. The cherry on top was finding the name on the inside cover from the 1700s being the same as my own….I’m so excited for this treasure.

I am almost speechless at the beauty and obvious rarity of this Chinese box! The lock alone is amazing. It arrived quickly, so well packaged, safe and sound. I love it. Many thanks to an outstanding seller!
