I didn't receive my sticker!
Suck. Things do get lost in the mail sometimes, or is caused by human error. We cannot do refunds or replacements for stickers unless the product is 'return to sender'. Once received back on our end we may issue a refund. Please contact us if this happens to you as we are more than willing to help.
My Order Arrived Broken.
Suck. Take a deep breath, it will be alright. First, if the box arrived broken and the product is broken. Please take photos of both of them and send them to me in a direct message, this way I can use them to compensate the product loss. If everything arrived fine, but the product inside was broken, again take photos to send me in a message. I can offer you a refund or replacement.
Care instructions
If you purchased one of my figurines, they are made with Water Washable Photo Resin. So they are vulnerable to UV light without proper top coating. If I painted it for you, then I usually provide a UV resistant top coat, but still, try to keep the figures out of direct sunlight, or UV lamps of any kind. This is the best way to ensure your colors pop and the figures integrity stays for years to come.
