Returns and exchange details
Since our printed products are custom and made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time. Please double-check your product sizes and selections for clarity and satisfaction before placing your order. However; please let us know within 7 days of your package arrival if there is a problem with your order. If your product is damaged, we can discuss options to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Remember, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor's settings.
Digital Products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on downloaded items since the product is received immediately after payment.
Payment
Shipping
We will ship your item as soon as it is ready. Please allow 4-6 days for production prior to shipping. We ship Etsy purchases through USPS, but may sometimes use other carriers. Products are packaged in boxes with care. For international buyers, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks; this does not happen often but it can happen. International buyers may be charged additional customs or import taxes when receiving your item. Fuse Prints will not be responsible for any additional fees that you are charged.
If customers need expedited shipping or a rush order, please contact us prior to ordering, so a custom listing can be set up if timing is feasible.
