Daddy needs parts
Back in 2012 I was struggling to come up with a Christmas present idea for my lovely wife. At the same time I kept tripping over a pile of spare car parts in my garage. Light bulb! I built a lamp for her out of a vintage carburetor. She loved it. Her friends loved it. My friends loved it. An idea was hatched.
I built several more pieces and put them in a fundraiser for a race I was organizing, and every piece sold. I realized I was onto something, so I created some more pieces, and here we are.
Each piece is completely unique, although sometimes I use similar themes. All of my pieces are functional in some way, but bring elements of industrial machinery into the home without having some junky, greasy parts laying around cluttering up the family room. I think that everyone can appreciate these pieces whether they're "car guys", or engineers or not.
If you would like something specific, or own an item that you would like incorporated into a piece, just contact me and we'll work something out.
