Are your files printable or digital?
Both! All of our files can be printed, but some are designed for use specifically on annotation apps like Goodnotes or Notability etc. Check the listing descriptions for the iPad/tablet version and message me on Etsy if you have any questions :)
I've purchased... how do I find my download file?
Files are available to download within a few seconds of purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE: Etsy currently allows you to only download digital files on your browser (not on the App). Given our file sizes are large for print quality, we recommend you login to Etsy via your desktop computer.
1. Use a computer or tablet and login to Etsy.com via web browser (Chrome or Safari)
2. Go to 'Your Account' menu in top right
2. Click 'Purchases'
3. You'll see your purchase from our store there, and the black download button
4. Use a PDF viewer like Adobe to view and print files. They cannot be viewed in Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
5. If you are using your files digitally, there will be set-up instructions in your download.

Will the digital planners work on my device?
Yes! My planners work on all major devices (apple, Android & windows) with annotation apps. I recommend using:

Will the digital planner work with Kindle Fire / OneNote?
No, Kindle Fires are not compatible with annotation apps, and are read only. And this is not compatible with OneNote, as that app requires its own specific OneNote templates.
Ensure your device of choice is compatible with apps like GoodNotes 5, Notability or Noteshelf and has stylus/digital pen functionality BEFORE you purchase to avoid disappointment.
**Ideally we recommend Goodnotes for the best user experience and simplest sticker installation process.
Is the digital planner compatible with Remarkable?
Yes! We now have a ReMarkable compatible version with our Monochrome digital planner
Do you have A5 or Happy Planner sizing?
Yes, we have Happy Planner sizing for our printable planners. It’s 7 x 9.25 inches.
If you'd like to print A5, all our planners & workbooks print clearly at 2-two-a-page on A4, which equates to A5 size.
Simply download the A4 size, and then select 'two to a page' in your print dialogue window. We recommend printing a test page first.
