Production & Shipping
Each item is carefully crafted to order. Standard production time is 3–5 business days, with dispatch typically completed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday).
For expedited processing, you may add our Rush Order upgrade, which prioritizes your order for engraving within 1–2 business days. Please note this upgrade applies to production time only and does not change shipping speed.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Therefore, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Address Updates
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Address changes can be made prior to production or shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are happy to resend it. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Personalization
We begin processing orders quickly to maintain fast turnaround times.
If you need to update personalization details, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
Once engraving has begun, changes cannot be accommodated.
Proofs are available upon request only. Otherwise, your order will proceed directly into production.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1-3 days of delivery and provide photos.
Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement.
All items include a 2-week limited warranty from the delivery date.
Bulk Orders
We offer custom pricing for bulk orders of 10 or more identical items.
