Most of our items arrive in 5 business day after shipping in the Continental US. If you need a shipment rushed, a small rush fee MAY apply in addition to any higher priority shipping charges. We try not to charge extra for rushing unless it requires us to stay up very late working.

We HOPE this is TEMPORARY!!!! We are very sorry, but due to the large number of shipments not being received or customers not willing to pay customs charges on items from the United States, we have lost a lot of time and money. We will only ship overseas on a case by case basis. As a very small business, we cannot afford to pay customs and shipping, nor can we afford to risk losing items that we worked so very hard to complete, often spending hours on or working late to meet a deadline.

All order outside of the US please allow 2-3 weeks shipping time due to customs. Typically, most items arrive overseas in about a week. WE DO NOT PAY ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES. PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRY'S CHARGES BEFORE PURCHASING OUR ITEMS. ALL ITEMS SHIP FROM THE UNITED STATES.

It is important to us that you receive your items ON TIME and before your event. We realize life happens and last-minute ordering is sometimes necessary. What are we up to now? We are working on bringing out cupcake toppers and baby shower items to our inventory. We are also working on invitations and banners. We are happy to design something for you that is not listed in our shop.
