My Name is Sofia Rose.

I first joined Etsy back in 2015, as a user, I spent many hours browsing through all the wonderful things the Etsy community produce.

After having four wonderful daughters I started to get bored doing craft only for my children. So decided to channel my creative talents into something a little more worthwhile.

I have a passion and enthusiasm for building expressive color palettes and connecting on-trend ideas with a modern and unique approach. I think that my designs fit between the lines of traditional style categories, and they allow the modern woman to define her own sense of style. Plus, they're just fresh, bright and colorful.
I also offer a custom service, where I am happy to customize any design, or add names etc to any of my designs.
I do the designs myself using a range of apps and software packages, then I found an amazing little boutique manufacturer in Chatsworth, CA who print my designs on the actual mugs and other products of my shop.

We do not offer custom and personalized order at this time.

Sizing details

We currently offer two different mug sizes, which are available as a drop down at checkout.

Sizes are 11oz
and 15 oz

All mugs are Microwave and Top Shelf Dishwasher Safe

Gift wrapping and packaging

No, Unfortunately we are not able to offer gift wrapping or custom packaging at this time.

Personal Notes

No, Unfortunately we are not able to offer personal notes with our mugs. Sorry, we wish we could, but we can't.

Lost Orders

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days (US) or 60 days (International) and your tracking shows some kind of error, please contact us within 45 days and we will look into it.

Change of Adress

If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP.

We will do our best, to try to accommodate the change, but if your order has already been processed and assigned to our fulfillment partners, then unfortunately we are not always able to make the change.

Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this from becoming a problem.

Christmas Holiday Shipping

In order to guarantee that you receive your order in time for Christmas, all orders must be received by 5th December. Any order placed after then may not be delivered in time for Christmas day and we cannot accept cancellations or returns based on this.

Orders received after the 5th will be made and shipped as fast as we can, and many may well get there in time, but we cannot guarantee that it will.

The time our shop need to prepare an order for shipping varies. (usually 5 to 8 days )
