If you are from the EU and would like to pay through bank transfer, please contact me prior to the purchase to arrange the details. Please take into consideration that a bank transfer could take more days to clear and I cannot ship items until the payment has cleared. Thank you!

You can use your Credit Card without a PayPal Account:
Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping costs are automatically combined by Etsy. So if you buy more than 1 item, the shipping costs will be reduced for each additional item in your cart.

I ship everything with Standard Priority mail with Tracking number. You can find the tracking number in your receipt. Just click on View Receipt in Your Account/ Purchases.
Standard Priority mail means that you can track the package until is leaving my country.
Full Priority mail means that you can track the package until arrives to destination (to you).
If you want a full Priority mail, please contact me.
The price for the shipping for full Priority mail is
EU = 20$
other countries = 30 $.

- I will send the items I have in stock, in 1 to 3 working days after the payment is cleared. Made to order items will be shipped in 3 to 5 working days. For special orders, I will let you know the time needed to make the products. My postal office is working only monday to friday.

- Shipping will take
US: 14-45 days, may be more during holidays
to Canada: 14-30 days
to Australia: 14-30 days
to European countries: 10-30 days
However some delays may happen especially due to bad weather or holiday season. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery in some cases.

I will do my best to inform you in the shortest time.

- Please be aware that customs charges are your responsibility. If you need me to mark the item as gift, please leave me a message. Mail to countries outside Europe may be inspected by your country's customs, which may cause delays. I don't have any influence on this procedure, and I cannot push on. So please be patient. If you should not have received your purchase within 4 weeks, please contact me!

- My items are sent nicely packaged. If you need special wrapping or a message with the gift, please mention it in the message for seller.

- I will send the items at the address stated on Etsy unless you specify a different adress in the message to seller. If you want your gift to be delivered directly to someone else, please write me this information in the Note to seller. I can add a handwritten Thank You note in that case for no extra charge.

- after the items are sent out to a certain address, I cannot redirect them to an other address. Please make sure the address you gave me is correct. If you notice a problem in the shipping address, please contact me in 24 hours after making the purchase.

- I can send your order to a different address as the one you gave me at checkout as long as it is in the same country and/or shipping fees are equal and you notify me in max 24 hours after making the purchase.
