Toen ik op de middelbare school zat, had ik moeite om middelen te vinden om me te helpen bij het studeren voor lessen en het ABGC-boards-examen die up-to-date en beknopt waren. Ik besloot mijn aantekeningen om te zetten in studiehulpmiddelen om andere studenten te helpen, degenen die studeren voor hun bestuursexamen en praktiserende genetische counselors die een opfriscursus konden gebruiken. Deze gidsen zijn bedoeld om de belangrijkste feiten te schetsen over aandoeningen die u moet kennen in alle specialismen, welke genetische tests u moet kiezen en algemene strategieën voor erfelijkheidsadvisering.
Ik ben in mei 2021 afgestudeerd met mijn masterdiploma en in augustus 2021 geslaagd voor het ABGC-bestuursexamen.

When I was in grad school, I struggled to find resources to help me study for classes and the ABGC boards exam that were up to date and concise. I decided to turn my notes into study tools to help other students, those studying for their boards exam, and practicing genetic counselors who could use a refresher. These guides are meant to outline the key facts about conditions you need to know across all specialties, which genetic tests to choose, and general strategies for genetic counseling.
I graduated with my Master's degree in May 2021 and passed the ABGC boards exam in August 2021.
