Frequently asked questions
Q: Where do I find my files after purchasing?
A: Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available immediately under your Etsy account: go to You > Purchases and Reviews and click the Download Files button next to your order. (Note: Downloads must be accessed via a web browser, not the Etsy mobile app).
Q: How often are color and size charts updated for new or discontinued colors?
A: I make every effort to keep charts up to date as brands refresh their color palettes and size offerings. You are always welcome to message me with requests for updated colors or listings, but due to shop volume, I am unable to offer a guaranteed timeframe or completion date for when specific chart updates will be made.
Q: What program do I need to edit a PSD file?
A: PSD files require a PSD compatible editing program to use. PSD files are created with Adobe Photoshop, however there are many other programs compatible with PSD files. If you don’t already have a program, I highly recommend Photopea.com. It is a free online image editor that requires no account sign up to use and there is nothing to download.
Q: Do you offer custom design edits or personalization?
A: All items are sold as instant digital downloads as shown in the listing images. I do not currently offer custom editing, logo placement, or personalized design modifications.
Q: Can I use these graphics for commercial projects / selling products?
A: Charts & Mockups: Intended for display use in your online store, website, or social media to showcase your products. Re-selling or redistributing the original digital files is strictly prohibited.
Printable / Sublimation Designs: You may use these graphics to print on physical items (t-shirts, mugs, totes) for personal use or small commercial sale. Digital re-sale or sharing of the artwork files is not permitted.
Q: Can I get a refund? This download wasn't what I thought it was
A: No. Refunds are not eligible for digital downloads.
Q: If I buy one of your printable designs, can you print it and mail it to me?
A: No. I do not own/operate any printing equipment.
Q: Can you print my logo on some shirts for me to purchase?
A: No. I do not sell physical products, nor do I own/operate any printing equipment. I sell digital download products only.
Q: Do you sell t-shirts, hoodies, etc.?
A: No. I do not sell physical products. Only digital downloads.
Q: Are these listings for clothing patterns? Do you sell clothing patterns?
A: No. The listings are for size and/or color charts as described and pictured. I do not sell any clothing patterns.
