Our pieces are meticulously handcrafted in our Pacific Northwest studio to tell your story, using recycled, high-quality, ethically sourced materials (because it’s better that way). We believe that when pieces are made consciously and intentionally by hand, they’re full of good energy and soul—turning an intrinsically charged talisman into something even more meaningful. How do I personalize a piece?
Check out the “Description” in each listing for more personalization details or instructions.
1. Choose dropdown options and add to cart.
2. Add personalization details in the comment box note. Once item(s) are in your cart, you can leave us a note in the comments box with any details, like uppercase or lowercase inscriptions.

When will my order arrive?
Our production dates were extended on 5/29 as our makers are still working from home. Check out this timetable to see your estimated arrival time. We appreciate your patience while we ensure the safety of our makers.

What are your return/exchange policies?

We are happy to accept any returns within 30 days of order for a full refund of the piece(s) to purchaser.

Need a different size? No problem! We can also make any repairs. Any resizes/repairs are free within six months of order; after six months, pricing varies.

Want something different? A change of personalization or metal ? We’ll exchange your piece for something else within three months of your order. Free, up to the cost of the original item.

Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?
Orders with multiple pieces may ship separately, but all items should ship within a week of your initial shipping confirmation. Although the shipping confirmation email shows every piece in your order, it’s not reflective of what’s in your first package. If you get multiple shipments, you’ll receive a new tracking number for each package.
Can I make changes to my order?
We aren’t offering post-order changes at this time. If you’d like to make a change, we recommend you cancel your original order and place a new one. To cancel your order, email us here: support@gldn.com
