A favorite spot - my old printer's workbench.
Yes, I have a messy bench. It's just how I like to do it!

It's been an interesting journey......

It started on a beach....collecting shell shards - those broken, seaworn pieces that everyone steps over to get to the perfect shell. Well, they just looked like little works of art to me. I gathered them and figured out how to showcase each one in a piece of jewelry. But then my wandering eye found other treasures - natural fibers, stones, gems, silver, copper... I collected it all like a magpie.....and taught myself how to work with new materials. I tend to develop my own techniques for making jewelry, and I believe that's one of the reasons my work is unique. I am currently exploring fiber art in addition to making jewelry. The journey continues.....
