Q: Are your items physical or digital?
All items in this shop are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to download your files instantly through your Etsy account.
Q: How do I use Frame TV art?
After purchase, simply download your file and upload it to your Samsung Frame TV through the SmartThings app, USB or similar app. Your TV will display the artwork full screen like a framed piece.
Q: Can I sell products made with your designs?
You may use designs for personal projects or limited small-business use (up to 200 physical or digital end products). You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves or claim the design as your own.
Q: Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because these are digital files, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges once files have been downloaded. If you experience an issue with your order or file access, please message me. I’m always happy to help!
Can I cancel my order?
Since digital files are available for immediate download, cancellations aren’t accepted once payment has been processed. If you placed an order by mistake and haven’t downloaded your files, contact me within 24 hours for review.
Q: I can’t find my download link. Where is it?
Go to your Etsy account → Purchases & Reviews → find your order → click Download Files. If you checked out as a guest, check your email for a direct download link from Etsy.
Q: What do I receive in the digital wall art files?
You will receive high-resolution digital files that you can print at home or through a professional printing service.
Q: Can I use these files on Print-on-Demand sites?
No. My designs may not be uploaded to Printify, Redbubble, Zazzle, or other POD platforms, even if altered. They’re intended for personal or small-business branding, events, and creative projects.
Q: Do you sell worldwide?
Yes! I sell digital downloads worldwide. Etsy automatically handles any applicable VAT or regional taxes at checkout. No physical products are shipped.
Q: Will this Frame TV artwork work on my TV?
This artwork is formatted for Samsung Frame TV displays (16:9 ratio). Please confirm that your specific TV model supports Frame TV art uploads before purchasing. For questions about device compatibility or upload functionality, please contact your TV manufacturer. Due to the digital nature of this item, all downloads are non-refundable.
