5 out of 5 starsVery impressed with this bracelet. Husband really liked it, too. Joan was quick to communicate and was a a pleasure to work with. She did the silver in a hammered finish and engraved it as well, at no extra charge. Shipping was super fast. Nothing but pleased with this purchase.

Provided that you contact us within 14 days of receiving package, we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces.
• Contact us prior to a return, do NOT just send it back, we will refuse any packages that are sent back without prior communication.
• Sale items are not refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Personalized/custom pieces cannot be refunded.
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost
and there will be a additional cost 5 euro for sending package back to you
• If your returned item gets lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, insure and/or purchase tracking.
_INCORRECT LENGTH _ DIDN'T LOVE IT
If you did not order the correct length, we have two options.
