What is the store's return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there was a mistake in your order made by the seller. For questions or disputes, please use the ETSY contact form and reference your order number. If your order was damaged, please provide photos as evidence.
Store is not responsible for any lost packages or incorrect addresses as shipping is handled by USPS. If tracking has indicated that it has left the local post office and has been noted as delivered to customer's door.

❥Washing Tips/Instructions:
♡ - Shirts will have a vinegar scent upon arrival, it's just the shirt print. One wash will usually get the scent out!
♡ - Recommend to turn shirt inside out before washing so the graphic doesn't get damaged
♡ Cold
♡ Hand-wash (optional)
♡ Hang to dry (optional)
Charms and Acrylic Standees will have a plastic protection!
The plastic is kept on the item to prevent scratches during shipment, please remember to peel the plastic on both sides!
