I previously ordered an item that was shipped cod by mistake. Impulsively, I sent a poor review without reaching out to Gabby first. She not only refunded me my purchase but sent my order. The card is gorgeous and the packaging beautifully done with care. I tried to change my review but could not. I regret leaving such a poor review, so undeserved! Her work is stunning and I had to order more. My experience, as an Etsy customer, is that fewer and fewer merchants are taking the care to package their products in a meaningful way. It was so delightful to receive the packages from Gabby. I highly recommend!!!

Im obsessed with my little clay devil! She is beautifully crafted. It came shipped super securely in a heavy duty cardboard box with really cool stamped prints. The little extra details out into the care of packaging have made a real impression on me. Not only was there a sweet little card/note inside the package, but Gabbguy even included little battery operated lights for the lantern head, this was such a pleasant and thoughtful surprise. 5 star review without a doubt!!
