What are grip socks and why do I need them?
Grip socks are designed to provide extra traction during your pilates practice (and other workouts like yoga, lagree, or barre). The non-slip grips on the bottom of the socks help keep you stable and prevent slipping on smooth surfaces, ensuring a safer and more effective workout. Our embroidered grip socks add a touch of personality to your practice while offering the support you need. They are also great options for people wanting extra support on slippery floors.
Are your grip and everyday socks one-size-fits-all?
Yes, all of our socks are one size fits all. They fit women's sizes 5-10. If you need a different size, please submit a custom order request.
If you need different sizing or mens sizing, please reach out to us and we can try and accommodate your request.
How should I care for my socks?
To keep your socks in the best condition, we recommend machine washing them on a gentle cycle in cold water. Lay them flat to dry — avoid the dryer to maintain the integrity of the grip and embroidery.
