It is never too late!
I’ve always believed that creativity has no expiry date. While I’ve spent much of my life immersed in home renovations and interior design, it wasn’t until later that I discovered my true passion—pattern design.
My love for fabric runs deep as my mum was a seamstress, and I grew up surrounded by beautiful textiles, offcuts, and the hum of her sewing machine.
Over the years, my husband and I have poured our hearts into restoring homes—from charming semis to a characterful old farmhouse. Each space became a canvas for creativity. Our most recent and most ambitious project is a former Edwardian hotel in the West Country. As we began to restore its original charm, something clicked—this was the perfect backdrop for me to finally explore surface pattern design.
These patterns are inspired by the homes we’ve brought back to life—by the stories hidden in layers of wallpaper, the patina of vintage fabrics, the details in period tiles and ornate plasterwork. Designing prints has become a natural extension of the interiors I’ve always loved creating.
This shop is a celebration of that journey—a reminder that it’s never too late to start something new, to follow a creative spark, or to build a dream from the ground up. I hope my patterns bring a touch of character, history, and joy into your home, just as they have in mine.
