It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. So excited to put this piece above our sofa. It really makes the room. I would definitely purchase another painting from Sandro.

The birds were done in such detail and the sweetest I had ever seen !!The fuzz on the top of their heads looks so real you want to reach out and pet them.Sandro does Amazing work with beauty, detail and light. He might be the next Thomas Kinkade or other great master of art!

Why don't you offer returns and exchanges ?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns and exchanges because, with the exception of my original artwork, I use print on demand ( a printing partner ) and the orders are fullfilled right away.
Before buying my clothes, please be sure to check sizing carefully on the sizing chart photo in each listing. The unisex sizes may not match the brand you already own.
What if my item is recieved misprinted/damaged/defective or lost in transit ?
Please let me know if there is any problem with your order. I am happy to help. Send me a message with some info:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Image of problem
- A short description
of the problem.
After receiving your message, I will check and see what the problem was.
The customer will then ship back the item in the original packaging and with a tracking number, within 2 weeks.
If the mistake was my fault I will provide the solution at no cost to the customer. However, if the mistake was made by the customer, I do not offer any refunds.

What happens if a customer says they never got a package, but the tracking states that it was?
Once an item is marked as deliveted by the carrier, I do not give refunds or reship replacements.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the
package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
Please make sure your address is correct. Items will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
What is a good way to flatten the art print which is shipped rolled up?
Carefully unroll the print and place it between two pieces of card board for a few days.
What are the care instructions for the clothes?
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
They can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
