Each diorama or cube is custom-built for every client upon purchase according to the client’s chosen design; therefore, each piece is unique. GameCapsuleBox.com acts in good faith and does not intend to infringe any regulations regarding cube, poster, or diorama designs.
The designs sold on GameCapsuleBox.com are unofficial parodies, caricatures, or adaptations, inspired by television series, movies, anime or manga, video games, comics, or other forms of fiction. Many designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by their respective creators. GameCapsuleBox.com does not claim ownership of these rights. Trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 17 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customers may create their own personalized designs using our Custom 3D Cube Form, disregarding website examples. The customer bears full responsibility for their design and any potential issues arising from it.
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless due to a defect or flaw in the cube, diorama, or poster.
The personalization options are determined by GameCapsuleBox.com, and customers may choose from available models, limited to options such as hair color, skin tone, clothing color, and other attributes defined per product.
Personalized 3D cube previews will be sent to the customer for confirmation via the email provided during the purchase process within two to four days after payment.
GameCapsuleBox.com is not responsible for errors made during purchase. If no response is received, a reminder will be sent four days after the first message.
If no confirmation is received after the reminder, the order will be automatically considered accepted and shipped as-is, without the possibility of modification or return.
SECTION 18 – PRODUCT RECEIPT, INCIDENTS, AND CLAIMS
Timeframe for Reporting Transport Damages
The customer has a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery to report any incident related to visible damage to the product or packaging (breakage, deterioration, incorrect shipment).
Reports must be sent exclusively by email to shop@gamecapsulebox.com, indicating the order number and attaching clear photographic and video evidence showing:
The external packaging condition.
The damaged product in detail.
Evidence must be clear, complete, and taken at the time of receipt. Failure to meet these conditions or exceeding the time limit may result in rejection of the claim.
Package Verification
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the package has not been tampered with or shows visible damage before accepting delivery.
In case of any anomaly, it is recommended not to accept the package and to inform the carrier immediately.
Accepting a package without prior inspection limits our ability to process claims for external transport damage.
Claim Processing
Upon receipt of the required documentation, GameCapsuleBox.com will evaluate the claim and, if applicable, open a case with the carrier.
The resolution of such cases will depend on the carrier’s policies and timelines and may delay the final outcome.
Exclusions of Liability

Defective Products

Custom products cannot be refunded or exchanged except for inherent defects attributable to GameCapsuleBox.com.
General Limitations
GameCapsuleBox.com will not be responsible for:
Damage caused by customer misuse.
Claims arising from carrier delays.
Issues due to incorrect customer data (address, contact, etc.).
Custom products confirmed and shipped without errors attributable to GameCapsuleBox.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the claim is resolved, GameCapsuleBox.com may, at its discretion:
Replace the product with a new one,
Issue a partial or full refund, or
Provide a discount coupon for future purchases.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is determined to result from internal errors or manufacturing defects.
