My item has shipped, but I haven't seen a tracking update in a while. Is there a place where I can see more updates?

Please note that tracking often stops once it reaches Canada.
Why hasn't my order shipped out yet?
All items are made to order by a production partner in the US. Most of the time, items will be made and shipped out within a few days. However, during busy times, such as the holiday season, it can take much longer. The exact processing times will vary depending upon the item, but typically you should see items ship within 10 business days or less.
Can I include a gift message?
Gift messages can only be included with some jewelry items at this time.
Why did my Etsy order arrive in an Amazon box?
Some of my products have been popular enough that I've chosen to have some inventory stored in Amazon's warehouses to participate in their Amazon Prime fast & free shipping program. So a few Etsy orders will come from Amazon so that you get faster handling and shipping times.
Can I get an item personalized or otherwise customized?
Yes, everything in the shop can be personalized or customized, for an additional fee, currently $5. Please contact me if you are interested. I will work with you to create the customized design and get your approval before setting up a custom listing for your item. Typically this personalization is to add on a name, change the font, or edit the text wording. Please note that I cannot create designs that violate anyone's trademark or copyright.
Can I get the design for one product on another?
Yes, absolutely. We usually don't create listings for every single product that a design can go on. Currently we work with suppliers that can put our designs on mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, onesies, travel mugs, tumblers, water bottles, wallets, phone cases, blankets, journals, coasters, etc.
Can I cancel my order?
My production partners have been shipping out orders faster and faster, so I no longer guarantee cancellations. However, please message me if you want to cancel your order and I'll see if I can cancel it before the item is made.
