From start to...
Gamers Option a été fondée par Chris Hellebuyck et Tim Johnson. Une fois par nuit, ils jouaient tous les deux à des jeux vidéo dans le sous-sol de Chris lorsque Tim a mentionné l’idée de contrôleurs personnalisés. Immédiatement, Chris a été intrigué par l’idée, alors ils ont commencé à examiner d’autres personnes qui vendaient déjà des produits similaires. Après avoir créé le premier échantillon, ils savaient que ce serait là pour appeler.
Chris a commencé par créer une petite boutique en ligne où les clients pouvaient acheter ces produits personnalisés. Finalement, l’entreprise est devenue un processus de deux personnes. Peu de temps après, Tim était de retour dans le jeu. Tim a commencé très tôt avec l’entreprise et comment maintenant il a fait son chemin jusqu’au service à la clientèle et au président des opérations des produits.
Avec une équipe de 7 membres, Gamers Option est maintenant une opération à part entière qui crée toujours des produits personnalisés faits à la main conçus exactement comme les clients le voudraient. Gamers Option prévoit de continuer à améliorer la qualité et de fabriquer de nouveaux produits innovants.
Gamers Option was founded by Chris Hellebuyck and Tim Johnson. Once night they were both playing video games in Chris's basement when Tim mentioned the idea of custom controllers. Immediately Chris was intrigued by the idea so they started reviewing others that were already selling similar products. After creating there first sample, they knew this would be there calling.
Chris got started by building a small online shop where customers could purchase these custom products. Eventually the company grew into a couple person process. Before long Tim was back in the game. Tim started early with the company and how now worked his way up to customer service and president of product operations.
With a team of 7 members, Gamers Option now is a full fledged operation still creating hand made custom products designed just the way there customers would like them. Gamers Option expects to continue improving quality as well as manufacture new innovative products.
