The washing and garment care instructions will be found in the inside label of an apparel. We recommend washing the wearable inside out with like-colored garments in room temperature water (e.g. DO NOT mix red shirts with white shirts, etc). You may also consider putting the garment in a mesh laundry bag for further protection. In addition, to further preserve the print, always iron from inside out on a low heat setting, and hang dry. DO NOT iron directly on print.

Any claims for defective, damaged or misprinted items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Photo evidence(s) will be subsequently required as proof. Claims verified an error on our part are covered at our expense, and you may choose to get refund or a replacement item. If you have any problems with the order you received, kindly send us a message.

In the rare occurrence that a product is suddenly out of stock or discontinued, we will reach out to you to ask if you would like an alternative item or a refund.

Buyers are kindly advised to choose the correct size based on the Size Guide provided in each product description, as we do not accept returns for size exchanges. If you find yourself having a size that is in between 2 sizes (e.g. S and M size), the general rule is always go for the larger size (e.g. M size in this example).

We also do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or mistakes. This applies to the wrong color, size, model or item being chosen, wrong address being provided, etc. Thus, it is a good practice to check that all information is correct upon checkout. We seek your kind understanding and support on this matter.

While we make every effort to give you accurate information in our size guides, there could still be a slight difference of anywhere between 0.5 to 2 inches (1 to 5 cm), due to the nature of manual measurement and variations during manufacturing process. These are beyond our control and Gamest Geek is not responsible for sizing variations within these limits.

In addition, the actual colors (e.g. hue and saturation) of a product may vary slightly from what is represented on screen, due to variations in screen display settings, lighting and photography limitations. It may also vary slightly across different product types, fabric colors, etc. Again, this is quite common and expected. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for this reason as well.

Our designs are printed on branded T-Shirts (instead of some brand-less blank shirt), so you know the quality is there. If you choose Classic T-Shirt, then the design will be printed on a Gildan Softstyle Shirt. Otherwise if you want to treat yourself, we highly recommend the Premium T-Shirt, where the design will be printed on a Bella Canvas Shirt.

All Classic and Premium T-shirts are primarily shipped from USA; or from Europe, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia & Japan (depending on your location and stocks availability).

We understand that in some countries (e.g. UK), imported goods can be charged with custom duty fees, etc. Therefore, our partnered supplier has several global facilities, such as in the UK and Europe, etc.

For Classic & Premium T-shirts (Black/White), if you are ordering from UK, it will be shipped from UK, even if it shows "Shipped from USA". However, certain colors (e.g. True Royal) are not available in the UK, but are available in Europe/USA only. Hence, if you are from overseas, you could message us to double check where we will ship from, if this concerns you.

For international buyers - your orders may be subjected to import taxes and duties fees, which may vary based on order value and your country of residence, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost (since they are not collected by us but by your local customs). It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

If your package is being held at your local post office or delivery center for pickup and customs fees payment, kindly remember to do so within their given time frame. Any unclaimed packages are returned to us, and you will be liable for any reshipment fees (all sales are final and we are not able to refund you for your order).
