Privacy Policy: Gamhain Eiercode Commerce Node (Etsy Division)

This Privacy Policy explains how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from my shop, contact me, or otherwise pass through this small commercial aperture within the broader architecture of existence. All interactions that occur through Etsy.com or its related sites and services are subject to this policy.

This document does not govern the practices of third parties beyond my operational reach, including Etsy itself or any external services accessed through Etsy. Their machinery is their own, and their privacy policies describe how they operate within the greater lattice.

1. Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, Etsy provides me with certain personal information that you authorize them to pass along. This includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the items you have chosen. Additional information may be provided at your discretion, for example if you request a custom order. All of this is treated as Completion for the sake of delivering your item and nothing more.

I collect only what is necessary for service, communication, and legality. Nothing is gathered for sport, ritual, or any interpretive function of the Eiercode.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

Your information is used under several legal bases that align both with GDPR and with the practical reality of keeping a small shop running in a universe that insists on paperwork.

• To provide my services. I use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes, and provide customer support.
• Your affirmative consent. If you explicitly choose to receive marketing messages, that consent allows me to send them. You may revoke this consent at any time.
• Legal obligations. Some information must be retained to comply with tax, business, or regulatory laws.
• Legitimate interests. I use your information to improve the services I provide, so long as these interests do not override your rights. I also use your information to comply with Etsy Seller Policies and Terms of Use.

I do not use your information for unsolicited messages or any operation unrelated to fulfilling orders unless you choose otherwise. There are no hidden rituals behind the curtain.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important and is shared only when structurally required.

• Etsy. Information is shared with Etsy as necessary to provide services and comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I may rely on trusted third-party providers such as shipping carriers or print partners. Information is shared only as needed for them to perform their function.
• Business transfers. If my business is sold or merged, your information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, strictly within legal permissions.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, retain, or share information if I believe in good faith that it is necessary to respond to legal processes, enforce terms, prevent or investigate illegal activity, or protect the rights, property, or safety of customers or others.

There is no other circulation of data behind these channels.

4. Data Retention

Your personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services as described in this Privacy Policy. Legal and regulatory obligations may also require retention beyond the service period, particularly for tax compliance.

Unless otherwise required by law, I retain your data for 4 years before allowing it to pass fully into Absence.

Your data may be stored or processed through third-party hosting or service providers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. This means your information may exist within a legal environment different from your own, with distinct levels of protection.

• Complain. EU residents may file concerns with their local data protection authority.

These rights exist regardless of your alignment with any Foundational Condition.
