Do you take custom order?
We specialize in crafting bulk custom orders, requiring a minimum order of 50 pieces. Welcoming small-batch requests, we can personalize items such as wedding gifts, corporate gifts, school graduation gifts, coffee shop cup ornaments, and more.
Getting Started:
To initiate the customization process, kindly share the dimensions and a picture illustrating your desired design. Our lead time for custom orders typically ranges from 35 to 45 days. Please note that we do not accept customized orders during our busy season from November to December.
Sample Fee:
A $50 sample fee is applicable, and this fee will be waived if the sample transitions into full production.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer gift-wrapping services to add an extra touch to your special items. Our pricing is as follows:
- Small Mailer (Up to 4 ornaments or 5 finger puppets): $7
- Medium Mailer (5-8 ornaments, 10 finger puppets, baby mobile): $10
- Big Box (More than 15 items): $15
Choose the appropriate option based on the size of your order, and we'll ensure it's beautifully wrapped for the perfect presentation.
How do I take care my wool felt product?
- Remove surface dirt with a soft brush or lint roller.
- Spot clean using a cloth or sponge with lukewarm water and mild soap.
- Air dry thoroughly, avoiding wringing or twisting.
- Reshape while damp if necessary.
- Store in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and heat.
- Prevent moth damage with airtight storage and repellents like cedar or lavender.
Cancellation Policy
CHECK YOUR CART before placing an order. We don't accept cancellations if you accidentally place an order.
