To find your digital files through your Etsy account, please follow these simple steps:
Log into your account on Etsy.com using a web browser (please note, the Etsy app does not support this feature) and navigate to "Your account."
From there, proceed to "Purchases and reviews."
Find your order and click "Download Files" next to it. If you don't immediately see the download option, look for a small grey arrow next to the order and click it to get to the Downloads page.
Should the "Download Files" button appear greyed out, it might be because your payment is still being processed.

For additional options, consider online printing websites where you can upload your files for printing and delivery, such as Shutterfly, Snapfish, Printful, Walmart, Target, Costco, Nations Photo Lab.
