Hello Beautiful Souls,

I hope everyone is doing fine. I wanted to tell you that the energy this week is feeling a bit off and angsty. It will feel rough and turbulent within and around you. Be good to yourself and do self care for you. Take a moment to breathe, step away from any agitators, or causes of frustration, then come back with a clear head. Once you wake up in the morning, give gratitude to uplift, maybe sing a little prayer as it flys and carries the messages to your guides, Angels, and God as we move into a chaotic type feeling week in the middle of the 3rd Mercury retrograde this year. Remember to access calm or reflect and not react.

On a side note if there is a problem with an order, don't over react, peacefully reach out to me anytime. Sometimes USPS has issues with delivery as Mercury retrograde is technical and travel energy gone awry.

Hello and Happy Summer Everyone!

I hope you're enjoying your summer and taking timeout just relax in a hammock with a book or at the beach or just about anywhere enjoying the great outdoors. It's also a time when we're experiencing a heatwave in most of the U.S so please hydrate yourself and your loved one frequently. Check in with elders, babies/kids, and pets making sure no one overheats. Have face towels and have a bucket of ice around to wet the towel and place on whoever may need it.

I also wanted to let you know if you order any of the salves in this heat, that they have the potential of arriving to you melted in extreme heat temperature. They may arrive in a liquid state, it is still fine and usable however you can put it in the fridge for it to bounce back into shape. It will then be nice and cold to use on a hot day like today.

I know it's been awhile since I posted, a lot has been going on a deep personal level with the passing of my father. It's been a long, uncomfortable journey, I miss him but I know I will see him again. It gives me peace knowing that he is free from pain and in a much better place, that his spirit and soul can bask in the light and feel joy once again. Thank you all for your kind words, prayers, and patience. My store is on regular schedule, but I will be taking time to travel every now and then to check in with my family and just to recalibrate too.

Getting back to work on some exciting things. I will be listing a new product as well as bringing back an oldie but goodie product soon too.

Good Happy Weekend to you! :))

It's been awhile since I dropped in to say Hi! I've been busy concocting ideas and slowly but surely with the intention of presenting something good and simple.

First creation this month is the union of our beloved comfrey with castor oil. I was inspired to make the fusion of organic comfrey and organic castor oil a regular after a handful of customer requests came through for this popular oldtimey natural healer. I am always happy to be bring back what works from the past and add comfrey in the mix. Thank you to my customers who inspire me everyday! Blessings!

Happy Friday! TGIF!

Hope you all enjoy your weekend and lucky you if you have Monday off too! Just walking around outside I can now see the leaves turning rust, orange, and yellow. It really is beginning to look a lot like fall to me, you know that feeling of fall in the air. I hope you take time to simply slow down and unwind. If you want to try a remedy to fight the winter blues this one will be a fun one for you to try. Here is my quick recipe that you can store in a mason jar in your refrigerator for when you want something other than orange juice or use a mix with beverages.

8 oz Elderberry Ginger Tonic

1/2 cup of dried elderberry
2 cups of water
Ginger mince as much or less to your liking
Cinnamon put in as much or less to your liking

Mix and boil all the ingredients. Strain it and Voila! You can have this as a drink or keep in your fridge as a cold and cough buster filled with Vitamin C and Zinc.

I got questions regarding differences within the wild species of comfrey, and a few cultivars and varieties. I wanted to add some tidbits of comfrey facts and education for inquiring minds. If you are interested in adding comfrey to your garden, consider the following kinds:

1. True comfrey: True comfrey (S. officinale), known as common comfrey or Quaker comfrey, is native to Europe and has a long history of medicinal and garden use. True comfrey features cream or purple flowers. -( Most of my garden is comprised with true pure comfrey original along with Russian which is a hybrid seed that grows easily for availability)
2. Rough comfrey: Rough comfrey (S. asperimum), also known as prickly comfrey, gets its name from its especially hairy leaves. This comfrey plant produces red, pink, purple, or blue flowers.
3. Russian comfrey: Russian comfrey (Symphytum x uplandicum) is hybrid of S. officinale and S. asperimum. Russian comfrey is sterile and does not propagate by seed, so it is easy to control in the garden. This hybrid comfrey, which features blue or violet flowers, is the most common kind of comfrey in the United States.
4. 'Axminster gold': 'Axminster gold' is a striking cultivar of Russian comfrey that has green and yellow leaves.

I hope you're doing well! I know the energy feels a bit challenging, weird, or wonky and if you don't feel this don't worry about it. :). Protect your energy, be kind to yourself, and remain grounded. Tips to help you release bad energies are going into nature and being present with the visual and sounds of nature. Some other ways are taking time out and have a salt bath with essential oils like lemon, chamomile, orange or rose and dabbing a tiny bit underneath your nose to also relax your mind. Another way is, saying out loud what you need to release and let it go. Take a moment and pause, look into your heart before making a decision. I felt the need to share this and hope this helps at least one person.

Hello Everyone,

I hear you and I'm happy to announce that Boneknitter 2.0 has arrived in time for warmer weather. It will not melt as easily and has a creamy consistency when combined with tamanu butter. Tamanu butter is amazing with comfrey, it helps to build collegen and mend wounds. The original powerhouse Boneknitter will still be available but the 2 oz will be fazing out for summertime and then back in the fall.

I just added a new addition to the Healing line: Gold Bloom Calendula Salve and Oil to the store. I've been making this oil for almost a decade. Here is some information and attributes about this golden healing herb.

Calendula, it's origins are from Southern Europe and Mediterranean areas and parts of Asia. This beautiful golden plant was described in the third century BC as an important part of the gardens in 5th Century France. It has been under cultivation for six centuries. This beautiful golden herb is rich in Vitamin A which helps to eliminate free radicals. It is gentle and soothing all over the body including face. It is also a main ingredient in widely used skin products and cosmetics. It addresses skin irritations such as skin rashes, acne and brightens skin.

Today on 1/11/23 I officially retired The Otherworldly Divine name and logo to Gathered Wisdom. I think it suits the name change in the transformation forward. Gathered Wisdom begins with so much as to why it's "gathered wisdom" but let's start off with my journey of being guided by my intuition and guides, my love for nostalgic finds that can be re-purposed or loved once again, ethnic finds that send my imagination soaring, my re-learning to be creative in visual arts, and my continuous passion for learning and concocting quality healing herbal remedies. Gathered Wisdom is comprised of the learning process we go through in this journey called Life.

Wow! It's been a year since my last post. Time flys but I've always been here for you. An easy way to get a hold of me is to message me. This year of 2022 has seen some highs but many lows but remember from the lows are lessons to be grateful for, a blessing in disguise. To be able to find an exchange of balance to forgive and let go for sovereignty within yourself and throughout. Truths being revealed with clarity as we are now in the Age of Aquarius, seeing through the vail and living in an authentic way of knowing and being. Go with the flow of what life and the now throws at you and take it by the horns to make life and the now more meaningful. Choose to go with the flow into intentional higher awareness without fear leading towards exaltation. <3

I hope you all are enjoying the enjoying the start of the fall season. Everything pumpkin and apple cider season. Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons. I am looking forward to doing some foraging or mushroom hunting. Something I am loving and expanding on when it comes to cooking and the medicinal properties in tincture form too. I will be taking a short vacation starting on 9/16 till 10/1. So all orders placed by 9/15 1 PM EST will be able to go out the same day. It has come to my attention to remind you with warmer weather just around the corner to make sure I do my due diligence in reminding my oldies and making my new souls aware to my shop that some of the natural products you receive may liquefy since I do not use any man- made preservatives for obvious reasons. Parabens,etc....no bueno!! Please be aware that natural products will bounce back once they are in the fridge and can be used up to 6 months after use or at your discretion.
