How do I download my digital file?
After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by going to:
Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files

How can I contact you on Etsy?
Go to my shop homepage and click "Message Seller" or go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and click "Help with Order" next to your item. I’ll reply as soon as I can!
Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you lose access to your files, I’m happy to resend them within 3 days of purchase just message me with your order number.
Do I need Canva Pro and what can I edit?
A free Canva account is all you need to access and customize this template. Some designs may include Canva Pro graphics or elements. If you don't have Canva Pro, you can activate Canva's free trial or replace those elements with free alternatives available in Canva.
You can personalize all text details, including names, dates, times, locations, and RSVP information. Canva can be used on both desktop and mobile devices.
