Once payment is accepted, you will receive proofs within 5-7 business days (custom orders may be subject to change). Proofs are sent in PDF or JPG format via email. Please, allow up to 24 hours between revisions. If files are error-free, all proofs are print-ready.

All designs are high-quality digital files (PDF or JPG). A digital file is an economic way to buy wedding/event stationery, without the high-end price. Print at home, online, or send digitally. Print as many or as few as you like, whether your event is an intimate or extravagant affair! In addition, you receive consultation with an experienced graphic designer throughout the process to ensure you get exactly what you want! As a reminder, all digital files are NOT editable or downloadable files. All design, edit, and revision work are completed by myself, and digital files are emailed to you in the form of a PDF.

Designs should be printed on white paper (linen or felt weave paper recommended). Online printers include: Vista Prints, Shutterfly, Minted, Staples, etc. Some online printers require specific formats. Check the website to determine the correct format. Please be aware that paper variations and inks can change the look and color of the design from that onscreen. It is recommended to ask your printer for proofs before ordering large quantities. If you notice any discoloration, please, contact me. I will make the necessary adjustments for no additional cost. Further details and recommendations are provided with your digital files including a printing release form (may be required with some printing companies).

Because the items sold are digital files, there is a strict no refund policy after the first proofs are sent. First proofs are sent within 5-7 business days of the purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Your purchase constitutes an agreement to these terms.

Absolutely! You are welcome to purchase design(s) at any time and receive each item as the information becomes available. Just provide the details you have to start the process, and contact me when you are ready to complete your order! If no details are yet available... just make sure to note that in the "note to seller" box at checkout. Take as little or as much as you need. There is no time limit. As of February 23, 2021, orders that remain held with no contact from the buyer are automatically considered complete without a refund after 365 days of purchase (exceptions may vary).

This service includes the purchased items, unlimited edits to the date of the event, personalized customizations*, and continued consultation with an experienced graphic designer.
