IF I place two separate orders will you combine them?
YES,
You must let me know that you have placed two different orders. Please include the order number of both orders. That way I can combine them and ship it all together. I ship daily, so the sooner I know, the better chance I have of catching them in time.
I didn't order the correct item/I don't need this anymore/This took too long to arrive. Can I return it?
Fabric and vinyl can be returned if they are in their original, uncut, unwashed condition. Felties and badge reels can be returned in unused condition. Custom orders (monograms/names) are not returnable. A full refund will be given of the purchase price.
