If something does happen to go wrong with your item within one month of an order, I will gladly issue a refund or am always willing to repair. Since all of my products are handmade, normal wear-and-tear damage past one month of purchase will not be considered for a refund or exchange. I do not issue refunds for products less than $20 so keep that in mind when ordering. Once your package has left my care and given to the carrier service for delivery I cannot be responsible for damaged or lost orders. If your order does arrive damaged for some reason please contact me on the day you receive it so we can discuss either replacing or repairing your order. ________________________

Since my items are handmade and ready to ship you are looking at pictures of the item being shipped to you. In a few cases some listings may be pictures of a previously made item that can be ordered and then made again upon request. In these instances, that information will ALWAYS be listed in the item description and in those instances the shipping may take approximately 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind for this reason that for those listings actual product may slightly differ than what is seen in the picture.

If you need to receive a custom item by a specific deadline please allow at least 3-6 weeks before your personal deadline to place your order. This will give me the time to obtain any materials and enough time to create the order and ship it out to you in time. Please let me know if you are working under a specific time frame for your order. When ordering a custom car seat cover from the Geek Baby line keep in mind that if requesting a custom fabric be made the process takes approximately 6 weeks in order to design the material, have it printed, for the material to arrive to me and then for me to create your cover and ship it to you. Please keep that time frame in mind when considering a custom order. Also understand, that requesting a custom order is the beginning of the process. I do not begin the work on a custom order or purchase any of the supplies until the listing is already paid.
