Frequently asked questions
What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If you provided the wrong address and the item has not yet shipped, please contact me immediately so that I can cancel the order and you can place it again with the correct address.
If the item has already shipped, I recommend you contact the USPS and request a Hold for Pickup or Package Intercept. There is nothing I can do to change the address once the package has shipped.
If the package has already been delivered, the only option is to see if the recipient decides to return the package to me. These returns take 1-3 weeks to come back, but people don't usually return them. If the package is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the original sign minus shipping to your new sign order. I cannot offer a refund without a new order.
