I was able to get custom colours for my bag! The seller is very nice and communicates well, I highly suggest ordering from them if you're looking for a bag! The bag is very spacious and nicely made! Don't know the terms to use for the bag, honestly, but my sibling, who sews, says it's a very well-made bag! I can go on and on about the bag I just love it hahaha Thanks again!

These bags are exactly like the pics, the sender was great with answering my question. These bags are an awesome size- not too big and not too small. There is also an extra pocket at the back on both and my custom hawks one is just perfect!!! It has plenty of extra pockets and a divider that I asked for. Thank you!! Love them!!

Sorry I got to this so late but it arrived a while ago and I've been using it ever since! I previously got one for my roommate and finally caved on getting one for myself, the two of them are so cute as matching bags and I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice gift for a genshin impact enthusiast! Exactly what I imagined it would be. :)

So I was working with the person who makes the bag through everything. I love this bag so much!!! This is one of the best bags I’ve ever gotten and it’s big and soft!! I’m an artist and I travel a lot to see friends and family around states and soon I’ll be going to England. And I’m a digital artist and it’s hard to get bags a lot of the time it’s not as soft for my screen tablet. And I asked them for an attack on Titan themed bag, that I can use for traveling to fit my tablet and computer. And so far it is the best ever!! I can also convert it into a back pack which will be so much easier for my back and the zippers to keep it all save!! Thank you so much this is the best bag ever!!!
