Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide our services and comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Production partners and service providers. Geeks & Freaks Designs works with trusted third parties that help produce, personalize, package, and deliver our products. We share only the information reasonably necessary for them to perform these services.

Delivery companies. Your name, shipping address, and other necessary delivery information may be shared with postal carriers and shipping providers so your order can reach you.

Business transfers. If Geeks & Freaks Designs is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be disclosed as part of that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, or share your information when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to:
