We don’t do resizing for rings that are already made and on sale in store. Rings can be resized easily at any jewellery shops in your local area.

We love our jewellery creations. Our jewellery will be carefully gift wrapped and packed before they are shipped to their new owner.

We ship our jewellery with Australian Express Post, DHL, FedEX. It takes normally 4-6 business days to arrive. Delays may occur due to rushing seasons or customs blockage in your country in which we have no control. Buyers are responsible for any duty/import taxes that may apply in their country.

At Gemma Jewellery, we are passionate about Untreated Natural Coloured Diamonds. "Untreated" means NO colour treatment or clarity enhanced. We are not a diamond dealer. We source our gems directly from trusted diamond manufacturers so we could offer the best prices to our customers.

All of our diamond jewellery will come with a certificate of Authenticity provided by The Valuation Centre of Australia. They are one of the most reputable valuation centres we have in Australia. They are GIA certified gemologists, senior members of The National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) and senior members of Australian Association of Jewellery Valuers (AAJV).

We source our pink diamonds directly from reputable independent pink diamond manufacturers who mainly work with pink diamond roughs from Argyle mine. Although our pink diamonds don’t have Argyle certification, 98% of pink diamonds are mined from Argyle mine in Australia.
Argyle Pink Diamond is a trademark of a business (Rio Tinto Group), only pink diamonds that are manufactured by Argyle Pink Diamond company have Argyle certifications (Prices are much higher with Argyle certificates).

We take pictures and videos of our products under natural sunlight using a simple iPhone. We use NO photo retouching, NO special effects or NO photoshopping.

All of diamond jewellery would look vibrant, sparkling and true to their colour under lights (natural sunlights or artificial lights), in shades all diamonds whether colourless or coloured diamonds would look duller and lighter especially for coloured diamonds they would look lighter colour in shades unless they are in intense/vivid colour grades.

There are some sellers on Etsy offer certified natural untreated pink diamonds or certified pink diamond jewellery for incredibly low prices IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE they could be faked with lab grown or treated diamonds or a scam. Make sure you do lots of research about prices before purchasing a pink diamond or pink diamond jewellery.
