14K rose gold and 14K rose gold fill gets its color from copper. Albeit rare in all cases, if you have consistent issues with metals reacting to YOUR body's chemistry, select a different metal. I will not refund or accept a return because your finger turns green from any metal you purchased. It is a human malady that effects very few.

I mainly use 14K yellow and rose gold filled material (5 layers of solid 14K gold over sterling silver) in my designs in order to be affordable for everyone. I do offer solid 14K yellow, white and rose gold upon request. Gold prices are very very high currently so contact me for a quote.

*If your item is made to order, meaning it is NOT ready to ship, there are NO returns. If you have worn it, you can't return it.
*You must know your ring size, any metal allergies, and ask any pertinent questions regarding the piece before you purchase.
*I am being firm here because Etsy sellers have been abused by customers over the years, insisting that we all must bend to their requests no matter what they are. I do not agree with this. My customers are incredibly important to me and want ALL parties to be satisfied with the transaction. USPS shipping had a HUGE price increase in 2023 on all products and methods!!
YOU have complete control over the shipping method.
Many of my customers choose Standard USPS Domestic or International shipping. Priority and Priority Express have $50-$200 insurance included. Additional insurance is very affordable, so if in doubt, insure. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please let me know ahead of time if possible. I highly recommend it as I am not an insurer for the postal service. My items are shipped in jewelry boxes and padded pouches to keep your shipping cost as low as possible. If you wish to receive your order in a box please upgrade to USPS Priority.

If you must return a custom, made to order piece including ALL LOTUS design pieces, you will receive a store credit only. This is equal to an exchange as well. If you choose to wait until another event or occasion to purchase, your store credit will never expire and will receive a personalized coupon code to use at checkout. Thank you for your understanding. My lotus designs are incredibly difficult to create and rarely take returns.

**Post Earrings: Always hold the base of post with fingers while removing the butterfly backs to preserve the surface or crust of the stone, if applicable.
**Cufflinks: Always hold the base of the cufflink hardware when opening and closing the cufflink to preserve the surface or crust of the stone. Polish with a soft cloth.
**Claw/Prong Rings & Earrings: Always check the prongs to make sure they stay flush to the stone. If one lifts, simply secure by applying pressure to get it to sit. *As with most of my jewelry, please keep them out of water and solvents/soaps. Do not use Brasso on gold filled jewelry.

It is yellow gold plated with Rhodium. Rhodium gives the gold its silver color. It wears off over time and needs re-plating. This is why I prefer 925 or 999 Sterling Silver in my designs. It is almost as hardy as gold and never needs re-plating. White gold carries a lot of misconceptions!

Many people don't know that each finger on both hands is a different size. Your dominant hands fingers are always larger than the non-dominant hand. As stated in every custom lotus ring listing, make sure you know the exact ring size before purchase. You can pop into any jewelry store for a quick and free sizing for the finger you wish to wear the new ring on.
