How long does production and shipping take?

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your wallpaper was damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible.
I’ll need clear photos of the damaged wallpaper and the packaging.
Once received, I’ll send you a free replacement.
How do I order a sample?
You’ll find the Sample option in the size selection.
If you want a 1:1 scale sample, please write “1:1” in the personalization box.
⚠️ Without this note, you’ll receive a regular sample — a smaller version of the full mural.
Do you print the wallpaper in one single piece?
No, I print the wallpaper in panels.
This makes installation easier and safer — if something goes wrong, you can replace only one panel instead of the entire mural.
