4 out of 5 starsI love the sweater and it's a perfect size for the tree but I had some difficulty with it staying on the little hanger that came with it. Maybe it could be attached or removable?

Washable Hand Sanitizer Holder can be washed in cold water in a washing machine. Hand wash in hot water if you feel it needs a higher temperature. This allows you to control the time washing and temperature for cleanliness. Always air dry.

How long does a "Made to Order" item take?
The turnaround time is 2 business days, plus shipping time.
Can I use other shipping methods?
Yes, contact me for a shipping estimate. Buyer is responsible for alternative shipping method, overnight delivery for example.
How soon do you ship after an order?
I ship the next day or the same day if time allows on business days. In the event of a holiday or when the US Post Office is closed, I ship it the next opening day.
Item said it was delivered, but I don't have it.
I send all packages via USPS First Class. Each package has tracking. Once shipped, an email with the tracking number is included in the email so you can follow your order along its delivery to you. You can click on the USPS tracking number to see where the package is on its journey. If you do see it was delivered, call your local post office with the tracking number. The clerk will be able to see the GPS location where the package was delivered. If you feel it was stolen, then the customer must fill out a stolen mail form at the post office.
