Super cool piece of gear, it comes with dedicated protection box. Easy to install and set up. Needed to control Ginger Audio Sphere volume knob, you can easily choose sensibility and others parameters via the web configurator. Great communication with Bash!

Quality is excellent and software support very easy to use. I also had a question about setup and seller replied very promptly and was very helpful! Definitely recommend!

Excellent device and back-up from BASH. Using mCKnob as a jog wheel on Reaper. Really helpful support from the maker. Only too kind to jump in and help you achieve what you need to achieve. Great service.

Perfect product, for me it's workinf perfectly and the settings are so easy to understand

The product is very nice and I recomment it! Bigger then I expected too. But I would like to mention that the controller has a little movement where it won’t detect turning. So when you spin left and want to spin back to the right, you’ll have a small dead point where it doesn’t respond. Maybe using smaller ball bearings could fix or improve this? For the short time I used it, I do like it very much and it looks very nice imo. So I still give it 5 stars because the movement thing is minor. I just wanted to mention it for people who expect or need something that will respond the second you turn it. But the product is still super and I think it’s very cool. I use it when I’m in my couch and it works very nice. The programming for use and lighting is also very easy to do! The video is the amount of free move it has without respons
