Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible up to 2 hours after placing the order. Unfortunately, afterward we will no longer be able to accept it.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Since our product is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the size you ordered.
Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so that we can solve the problem promptly. It is not possible to exchange an item for a size or color different from the one you have requested. If you are not sure about your size, please check our size chart before purchasing it. We have a size chart for each item in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom in order to purchase the correct size.
I made a mistake on my personalized info, can I amend it?
If you have made a mistake on your order or personalized info, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Although we can amend this for you, we can't amend it once this has gone into processing.
