How do I complete my order?
...With easy 1-2-3 Steps:
1. Place & Complete order with the size you want.
2. Once confirmed, email me your digital file in the largest resolution as possible and I will try to work with it. 1000x1000 should be the minimum dimension. The closer the image, the better. I'll work with you to make sure the image is suitable for printing.
3. I will send back design for you to review and make as many changes until you are satisfied. Nothing goes to print without your final approval.
Once approved, I will send to printer and it will ship directly to your listed address.
How long is the turn around time from approval to delivery?
This depends on how many revisions are needed until final approval and your delivery address.
- I submit immediately to production which takes about 1-2 days.
- Your artwork is shipped directly from CA facility.
- Shipping takes about 1-2 days on west coast and about 3-5 days to east coast
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade to 2nd day air shipping. But again, this timeframe only applies once your final approved artwork is sent to production.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
I always want my clients to be happy with their final artwork. That's why you can have unlimited revisions before anything goes to production. If you still don't like the results, you will get a refund.
However, once final approval is given and sent to production, I cannot issue any refunds.
If there is a misprint on my part, of course you will get it reprinted at no extra charge to you.
